Terms of use
Merron is published by Stratexa Media LLC. These interim terms cover the public MCP connection, free self-service beta, initial assessment and legacy partner pilot. Using the service means you accept them. Commercial terms will replace them before paid production service is activated.
Pilot scope
The self-service beta is free and includes up to two cases, 30 copilot replies and three report generations per account. Shared daily capacity also applies. No payment card or subscription is required. Access may change, pause or end while the product is tested; download records you need to retain. No payment will be taken without a separate purchase you explicitly accept.
Not legal advice or certification
Merron produces automated readiness information from the answers you provide and the rules version shown in the output. It is not legal advice, a legal opinion, a certification, a conformity assessment or a guarantee of compliance. Obtain qualified professional advice before relying on a result for a legal, regulatory or high-impact decision.
Your responsibilities
Submit accurate information you are entitled to share. Do not upload credentials, security keys, personal case files or unlawful content. The public MCP inspection accepts selected source-code excerpts that you are authorised to share; review and remove sensitive content first. Workspace document uploads should contain relevant product evidence rather than repository exports. You remain responsible for your AI system, regulatory decisions, filings, controls and evidence.
Documents and verification
The self-service report is generated automatically without a Merron reviewer. You confirm the input facts. Source quotes refer to supplied documents and do not verify authenticity, completeness or implementation. The report identifier and content fingerprint identify a saved version; they are not a professional signature or regulator approval. Existing legacy attestations, where issued, record their stated scope only.
Availability and changes
The pilot is provided as available and may contain errors. Rules, deadlines and guidance can change, and a stored result may become outdated. Merron may correct the engine, add warnings, rate-limit use or withdraw a feature to protect users or the service.
Intellectual property and feedback
Merron retains rights in the service, rules implementation and generated product design. You retain rights in your submitted data. You grant Merron permission to process that data to provide the requested service and maintain its security. Product feedback may be used without restriction, but Merron will not publicly identify you as a customer or partner without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Merron is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, regulatory penalties or decisions made in reliance on pilot output. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any paid production service will use separate commercial terms.
